Ilir Deda
Founder & Managing Director
Twenty years in coastal construction across the Adriatic. Ilir started Magna after a decade building for other people's names.
THE DEVELOPER
Building along this coast since 2018.
Magna is an Albanian developer working along the Riviera. We build a small number of residences at a time, close to the sea, and we stay with each one from the first drawing to the day the keys change hands.
The people behind Magna
Elira Hoxha
Head of Design
Architect, trained in Milan. Elira leads the drawings and holds the line on materials once construction starts.
How we build
01
Few at a time
One development at a time, so the people who drew it are the people on site.
02
Built to be lived in
Sea air is hard on buildings. We specify for thirty years, not for the brochure.
03
We stay after
Magna manages every building it has finished. The handover is not the end of it.
